A "Rudimental-composition", first written for 12 percussionists. All of my former students wanted to be in on this piece. The first performance was on March 15, 1993 in the Gasteig, Munich Germany.
My former student Johannes Steinbauer, now principal percussionist WDR-Symphony Radio Orchestra Cologne, Germany made a request to rewrite the piece for 2 percussionists for a concert at the WDR Radio station. The first performance of this Duet was in May of 2004.
